A beautiful rural village full of history and culture in a wonderful green setting where you can learn the spoken language with fully qualified and experienced teachers.
You will learn to communicate in Italian, enjoy the real flavour of local traditional dishes, and relax among its woods and the sound of the Fortore river springs.
You can also take part in cooking lessons run by local ladies who enjoy sharing their skills and traditional village recipes.
Your accommodation consists of beautifully restored houses in the medieval area of Roseto. They are fully furnished and have central heating & air-conditioning.
The meals consist in full breakfast (eggs, bread, meats, jams, cereals, cheese, choice of coffee or tea or juice) and evening meal with starter, main meal and a second course plus fruit or ice cream. The drinks are not included.
You may also choose to stay in self-contained flats on a Bed& Breakfast basis

Programme

Courses commence every Monday

Day 1 arrival & welcoming dinner at the
“Locanda Tullio & Manlia”
Day 2: 10am meeting at the Locanda and tour of Roseto + visit to the Old Mills
2pm-6pm course

Day 3: 9am- 1pm: course
2pm-7pm: visit of Lucera, vineyard and oil mill

Day 4: 9am- 1pm: course
2pm-6pm: walk to Lake Pescara

Day 5: 9am- 1pm: course
2pm-6pm: visit to the farm with cheese making
demonstration

Day 6: 9am- 1pm: course
In the afternoon walk to the Fortore River spring

Day 7: Market Day: enjoy the market atmosphere and shop for the picnic
Free afternoon
“Arrivederci” dinner party at the Locanda
Day 8: Departure after breakfast
